James believes that when something drives you, it’s much more than a goal—it’s truly a standard you live by, and that is your purpose. James also believes that passion is what keeps you excited, patience must be consistently practiced and requires discipline, and persistence is about the never-ending pursuit, the reason to win, and the reason why James never gives up!
James holds a number of executive roles within the Realtor® Association. From Past President of Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors, West County Director, Strategic Planning Chair, Government Affairs Chairman, Realtor Political Action Committee Chairman to his current role as Vice President of Government Affairs for Washington Realtors. Marta specializes in residential real estate ranging from Seattle to Tacoma.
Marta loves spending time with her family and friends. She’s also an artist, and she's often found painting and sculpting in her spare time. Marta is passionate about dance and music; she plays the guitar and is learning how to play the ukulele. Lastly, she enjoys being outdoors and hiking. She recently signed up through WPP to help build homes with Habitat for Humanity!

We have a specific way of presenting and marketing homes. Our process has continued to prove successful. To date we have never taken on a listing that did not sell. We continually craft and perfect our process; given market conditions. The result is highly beneficial for our clients we serve.
